The Old Dairy at Itchenor Park is an inspirational space for fine artists & creatives, nestled in the beautiful coastal landscape of rural Itchenor. The only communal artists’ atelier south of Chichester, we are delighted to have opened our doors this May.
Come and join us in our light-filled, spacious studio for classes & workshops for adults & children, creatives’ space for rent, exhibitions & more.
The Old Dairy is also home to Byrne Contemporary fine art gallery, Daisy Rogers-Byrne fine artist and professional jeweller Lucy Rawcliffe.

We have a wide range of fine art classes & workshops on offer Monday - Saturday, for adults and children.
We are able to be flexible with our scheduling, so if there’s a workshop you and some friends would like to do, on a day/date other than what we have listed, do get in touch. Min. 2 students required for an adults’ course / workshop.

Immerse yourself in creativity for 4 peaceful hours in this fun workshop, aimed at all levels. In our beautiful studio we will cover:
basic drawing techniques
composition
basic colour theory in practice
put it all together using acrylics.

Space for creatives & fine artists is hard to find in West Sussex, unless you are lucky enough to have a home studio.
If you are a professional or experienced amateur fine artist or creative in need of a dedicated workspace, come and take a look at The Old Dairy. The only creatives’ studio space for rent south of Chichester (that we know of).
Subject to availability & application, we have subscription packages for:
1-2 fine artists to rent a section of our main teaching studio, with subscription packages starting from just 8 hours a week
We offer:
a minimum of only 6 months’ commitment
affordable rates, starting from just £150/month, for 8 hours per week of hot-easeling
a creative community at your fingertips
free parking on-site
fast wifi via Starlink (subject to a small additional monthly cost)
a beautiful, quiet rural setting full of inspiration.

Lucy creates exquisite silver, gold & platinum jewellery, undertakes bespoke commissions & repairs, and offers fun workshops where you can make your own unique piece of silver jewellery, starting from £60pp.
